Great vacation! Hotel is very clean. Gardens are beautiful. Staff is working hard all time, all people are very kind. Pools are large and well equipped. Fun for kids and adults at slides. Food is delicious with great variety of vegetables and local dishes. Beach is 5min walk or 1min by connecting bus from hotel. Bus n.4 outside hotel bring you with 2eur to markets and old city of Side. Small shopping center with pharmacy 2min walking. Tourists mainly from Germany and Turkey
Great hotel, large and beautiful green area - olive, pomegranate, banana, lemon trees. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food. The beach is very suitable for small children - clean and shallow. Very pleased with the overall experience and will come back again.
I believe the hotel should either end the partnership offering the complimentary 10-minute massage vouchers or ensure they are properly managed to maintain its reputation. I was enjoying my vacation, but it’s very unfortunate that my mood was spoiled by the massage experience. If the massage shop suggests paying for an additional 80 or 100 minutes, just say you don't want to have that long massage. You'll still get a full-body oil massage at a lower price. I paid for an 80-minute massage, but my session started and ended at the same time as someone who only paid for a 30-minute massage. While I was very satisfied with the overall service and the staff at the hotel, the spa and wellness service was very disappointing.
