I came for spa services. Booking the appointment was easy, I received a reminder call the day before, and I was greeted warmly when I arrived. They were punctual, professional, and friendly...the grounds were beautiful. The view and the sound of ocean was calming. This was an amazing experience. I only wish I had gone sooner. I will definitely go again.
This is a amazing place. The staff is incredible, the hotel is very clean and elegant. The luxury hygiene products smell amazing and makes you want to stay longer. The grounds are immaculately manicured. It's safe and lovely. There are many rooms, all with different themes to choose from.
Unfortunately, one of the bars was not open during our entire 10 day stay and the outside area of the beach bar patio was mainly closed for refurbishment. One of the reasons that we booked Coco Ocean was to enjoy the famous Sunday brunch but because of Ramadan it had been cancelled, which was a shame. The hotel provide a taxi service which was excellent, and allowed us to go to different places, which was definitely needed as the hotel was so quiet in the evenings. The entire staff were fabulous !
