Colonides Beach Hotel

I must be honest, I did not stay at this hotel. But my parents did, while celebrating the birthday of my mother. A day before her birthday I called the hotel, asking if we could arrange a surprise for my mother. They were very open, kind and active in our contact and wanted to help create a memorable experience. The day of my mother's birthday I got a text from a happy mom with pictures of their room; they did not only gift them the wine we ordered, but also decorated the room with flowers and flower petals, put down some fruits and added a card with a personalized message. My mom was touched by this surprise, which was the goal. So, again, a big thanks to the hotel for helping us to surprise my mother in such a lovely way!

Our room was very comfy and clean with a nice sea view. People are very helpful and polite. Great small infinity pool and direct access to the beach. Breakfast was also very nice.

Nicely located hotel with a beautiful view over the sea. We had two different hotel rooms. One in the new building, one in the old. The older room is really outdated and would require some refurbishment. The new room is very nice tough. The pools are beautiful, but please do not use your new, white swimming trunks. Everything which is white will turn yellow and will not get white anymore after washing it. There must be some kind of chemicals in there which cause that. The hotel offers umrellas and sun beds very close by at a nice beach. The breakfast is good, but we had hoped for a bit more variety in a 4-star hotel. All in all, a nice relaxing holiday with friendly staff!
