The staff were sooooo nice. They have a delicious variety of options for breakfast. The staff give you candy when you are out. The rooms are so well maintained and clean. The indoor pool is almost a giant hot tub and is so relaxing. You can rent bikes for free and ride around. The heated outdoor pool is lovely and even has a ping pong table. Overall, great stay, highly recommended, and have fun! By an 11 year old from New york, United States. Ok, that was my son’s take on this hotel. And I would generally agree. It’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. The staff are excellent and caring. The hotel breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had - a great variety of high-quality items. The location is convenient to Bardolino - about 5 minute walk to lake and 10 minutes into town. We stayed in a Samsara suite which was very spacious for a family of 4. These suites are set towards the back of the hotel in a quiet spot overlooking the largest pool. It was an excellent stay and we didn’t want to leave.

A good 3 night stay at the colour hotel. Room was comfortable although the A/C was a little temperamental. The breakfast and the bar are very good with lots of choice. The location in Bardolino is absolutely perfect for a stay at Garda!

We recently stayed at Color Hotel and while there were some positives, the experience was largely underwhelming given the price. Upon arrival, we found our room to be quite small, especially considering the cost. The large balcony seemed unnecessary given the limited interior space. Both the bathroom and bedroom were smaller than expected for this price class. Additionally, there was visible limescale on the rainfall showerhead, and some parts in the bathroom were even falling out of the wall, which detracted from our comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. However, despite their efforts, there was a lack of sufficient intervention when some guests were causing disturbances, which left us feeling uncomfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory, though the menu lacked variety, remaining the same throughout our stay. The pool areas were clean and well-maintained, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience. However, the water was quite cold and often crowded with noisy children, which could be a drawback for those seeking a more serene environment. The wellness area had its shortcomings as well. The water temperature was often too cold, and despite the rules, children under 12 were frequently unsupervised, disrupting the ambiance. Additionally, many of the jacuzzi buttons did not function properly, limiting our use of the facilities. Our massage experience was pleasant, although there were moments of discomfort due to friction burn from a lack of oil being used. It was a relaxing experience overall, but a bit more care in this area would have made it perfect. The hotel events were very well-organized and enjoyable, particularly the one held on the rooftop, which offered a delightful atmosphere and stunning views. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel restaurant did not meet the same high standards. The dishes were visually appealing, but the flavors did not match the expectations set by its Michelin star status. Spending over €250 on a meal that was more aesthetically pleasing than flavorful was disappointing. On a positive note, the location of the hotel is quite convenient. It is close to a supermarket, the town center, and the lake, which made it easy to explore the area. Overall, while the service and events were excellent, the issues we encountered with the room, facilities, and restaurant overshadowed these positive aspects. For the price, we expected a more refined and trouble-free experience. I hope the hotel considers addressing these concerns to better meet guest expectations in the future.
