True 5 star rooms and service. Very safe neighborhood. Close to a Teleférico stop.
A old hotel and it shows. They do not care about their guests - they put us in a room facing the next-door that is a school. One day every year they celebrate - playing loud music all day and night. From the time we arrived until 2 at night we could not stay in our room because of this. When we complained they didn't do anything, when asked to speak with one that could English, they gave me the phone to speak with one over that, I requested to be able to talk later, but they didn't care. Awful experience that certainly had an impact of the following day. If only they had cared they could have provided another room on the other side of the hall and it would have been much better. The breakfast is bad. The bread is not fresh and you only have very few options.
Their lack of user oriented service is very worrying, I had an issue with the hot water and their only answer was - sorry, but there is nobody right now - and that was it. After that they even choose not to answer my calls from the room
