Comfort Suites Paradise Island

This hotel is a 5 min walk to Atlantis. With tickets to get into Atlantis included in your nightly stay. Do pre check in before 3pm to fill out paperwork and give passports of everyone in party. At 3 you can check in and go to Atlantis before 4pm to get a wristband for the rest of that day. We did this just to familiarize ourselves with the layout of Atlantis and have dinner. You can then before 11am get your wristband for that day. We stayed 1 night so we had part of our check in day to see Atlantis and the whole next day. Make sure to get to Atlantis ticket check in area before 4 on check in day to get the wristband to Atlantis for partial day before your full day the next day. The day you check out you need to get your wristbands before 11am to enjoy the rest of your day at Atlantis which no one told us this but we thank goodness arrived at 10:30am. Breakfast daily is included and was surprisingly good. Important note… Bring your passport to Atlantis when getting wristbands because they won’t give them to you without seeing everyone in your group’s passport first. Same for check in at hotel. Ever adult must sign some papers and be present with their passports.

This hotels makes Bahamas trip great! It is in the middle where everything in Paradise islands. It has half price of Atlantis and you can still go Atlantis every day. That give you Atlantis access (beach aqua parks etc) staffs are great they are very kind. Hotel is very clean, comfortable. We liked it. Great choice for price/performance

Upon arrival, the AC fan was very loud; maintenance person said it was working and he couldn’t fix the noise problem. Housekeeping was spotty. One day my room was left unlocked after she was through and the toilet was not even cleaned another day. The soda machine on many of the floors was not working. The front desk personnel were very nice. The only saving grace is that we had access to almost everything at the Atlantis, which was just across the street from the hotel.
