We stayed at this hotel from 26.03.2025 to 31.03.2025. We had a very comfortable stay here, All services were very good. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. Washroom is also with all modern facilities, found no issues. So many elevators are available, means no waiting for your movement. We actually had no complaints. Housekeeping is also available on call, most of them are very professional Bangladeshi brothers. Only drawback is its little far from Masjid Al Haram, but they have very convenient Bus (shuttle) services available all times. Taxis are very available also infront of the hotel. Note: We booked through Agoda, paid in advance, found no issues, all was fine. Alhamdulillah...
We stayed at this hotel for Umrah. This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. It has 24-hour bus service. The hotel service is very good. The staff here are very polite.
Very good hotel it's room , lobby and it's location place. Hotel staff are very professional treat with the guest. I like to stay here and recommend to my friends and others. This hotel is not much far away from the Haram. Bus services are also provided by this hotel while going any time to Haram.
