The room was sustainable, very clean, and great if you just need a room for the night. The pool is a little smaller, however, it fits well in the pool area, and the chairs, setup all is pleasant for a little late night sit down. There is also a hot tub and Gym. The building is very conveniently placed in front of a Walgreens, so if you need to stop by for some snacks or something, it’s all right there! The staff is great and friendly, and it’s overall a pretty safe setting here! I’d love to shout out the staff for being especially helpful and accommodating to us when our flight kept changing. Also shout out to Francisco, I must come back!! Some suggestions I’d make: -Milk/Cream for the coffee station -Scrubbing the corners of the showers well (there was rust on the floor in 514)

Good mid-range 3.5 * hotel option in a convenient Condado location, a short walk from the beach - with a specified beach amenities area. Although almost anywhere on the Condado strip is a good location in terms of proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment. I can recommend this for indiscriminate adaptable travelers and short stays. This is a better option than most similarly priced "micro" or "express" hotels though in-room amenities are similar. Request ocean views on a higher floor!!!! It made every moment in the room a pleasure. The room was barely adequate for us 2 friends; comfortable beds, limited storage, small bathroom. Awful in room coffee. (Hotels in general are dropping the ball on this) A waste of excess space in the entry way made for a great place to iron clothing. Hallway and street noise can be heard but are not insufferable. The restaurant food was excellent. The busy coffee shop with 1 working espresso maker is painfully slow. Check in and check out were great. All face to face interactions were. If you need service go to the front desk! Service by phone, follow-up and communication was lacking. Couldn't reach housekeeping or maintenance by phone ever. There were repeated failed requests for toiletries which were missing from the room. (wall attached dispensers were empty) We couldn't get in the safe. It took multiple calls. We were asked to wait for return call which never came, made arrangements for service while we were away from the room which didn't happen, had to call again to get the service - it was just unreliable and hard to plan around. No housekeeping was provided during our weekend stay. We hold some responsibility for that leaving the room late Saturday morning .

The good The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Showers are great, bed are ok. Location is excellent. The bad. The Internet is so terrible in shouldn't be considered as actual Internet. When it works, which is seldom, it is dialup at best. My room was fine but you can tell the property needs a refresh and some of the furniture is extremely worn out. If you need a reasonable rate and are not overly concerned about amenities it works. It presents itself as a resort style hotel but I've stayed at the Hampton near the airport and been happier. You are renting the location and that's about it.
