Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room (1 bedroom suite on the 12th floor) was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, a true home away from home. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every person I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or the pool restaurant, the service was consistent and warm. They went out of their way to make sure every need was met with a smile. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxing and welcoming. The pool is very nice too. You can tell that attention to detail is a top priority here, and it shows in everything from the sparkling lobby to the neatly arranged amenities in the room. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful place to stay with excellent service and a touch of elegance, this is the hotel for you. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Impeccable service! We have been here a few times and we love this place. Everything is meticulously kept and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Raul and Emanuel at the pool remembering my name and seating preferences. Also checking in on us. Making sure we are doing well and that we don’t need more/fresh towels. Making sure the shade is good for us. Enma the butler getting last minute reservations for a special anniversary dinner when there were no reservations available. As well as sending an amazing arrangement and desserts for our celebration! Everything was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back

Beautiful hotel and amazing services!! Our first time in Puerto Rico. My family and I love everything about the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. We were greeted with champagne and water for our kids upon checking in. Enmanuel was so attentive. He checked on us daily making sure we got everything that we needed. The pool and breakfast at Ola were amazing. We actually missed the daily breakfast and being at the hotel. We definitely will stay there again next time we visit Puerto Rico.
