Outstanding Housekeeping Team at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah – Special Thanks to Mohammed Abdul Rahim and Imam Hossain I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to two incredible members of the housekeeping team at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah – Mohammed Abdul Rahim and Imam Hossain – for their exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion during our recent stay. We were traveling with our children, who unfortunately fell unwell during our visit. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family, but the kindness and dedication shown by Mohammed and Imam made a tremendous difference. Mohammed Abdul Rahim consistently maintained the cleanliness of our room with great attention to detail. He was always courteous, respectful, and incredibly thoughtful — regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, all while being mindful not to disturb the children. His commitment to high-quality service was evident every single day, and his calm, caring presence brought us real comfort. A very special mention also goes to Imam Hossain, who went above and beyond when we needed help most. In the middle of the night, when our children were suddenly sick and began vomiting, Imam responded immediately and with such professionalism and empathy. He helped us clean and sanitize everything with patience and care, never once making us feel like we were an inconvenience. His support during those stressful hours was truly priceless. Both Mohammed and Imam demonstrated what true hospitality looks like — not just in the services they provided, but in the warmth, compassion, and human touch they brought to their roles. It’s not often that hotel staff feel like extended family, but that’s exactly how they made us feel. Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah should be extremely proud to have such outstanding individuals on their team. We will always remember their kindness and professionalism, and we are sincerely grateful for everything they did for us during a difficult time. I recently stayed at Conrad Jabal Omar and was absolutely blown away by the level of service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully designed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was second to none. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable service, this is the place to be.

Excellent Location. Rooms are amazing. Breakfast Buffet... really nice.. lots of choice with quality food, fresh real juice, helpful staff. Service was good at the beginning.. they got our rooms as requested connecting with an early check in which was appreciated. But then it went downhill 1. The luggage took more than 30 mins to arrive from the reception to our rooms. 2. A cleaner barged into the room without any permission claiming we had ordered water when we hadn't... we just heard the door click and open. We didn't feel comfortable after that and constantly made sure the doors were locked and latched while we were in. 3. The rooms were not cleaned even though we arranged a time for them to be cleaned which they agreed to.
