Amazing Resort with Exceptional Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, and the staff truly go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. A special mention to Christine Dias—I was traveling with my 4-year-old son, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm personality made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! We’ll definitely be back

We had an amazing experience at Constance Ephelia in Mahé. The resort is stunning – very large, clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spacious and spotless. Special mention to the Adam & Eve restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner in a lovely setting. We also appreciated the chance to book a tennis court, which was a nice change from the usual fitness center. The spa was another highlight – relaxing treatments, great massages, and very kind and professional staff. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come back!

The basic hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel room were good. The overall hotel ground and tortoise park was nice. Also,the variety of the buffet food at the restaurant were satisfactory. However, considering that this is a 5-star Constance hotel, there are a few areas for improvement: 1.The female staff at the South Guest Relations desk was with poor customer service.(The North desk staff and the checkout staff were kind) The responses to my inquiries at the South desk were short and lacked sufficient information. The level of service was far from friendly, and I believe immediate improvement is needed. 2. Service response time was slow. Even considering the large number of hotel guests, none of my requests were handled promptly. In particular, my luggage arrived at my room more than an hour after I got to my room— this was the first time I experienced such a delay in 5 star hotel. 3. There is no windbreak at the restaurant. It’s unclear how guests are supposed to dine comfortably in bad weather. The room service menu is also quite limited, so I believe the restaurant environment should be improved. If these points are addressed, I believe the overall satisfaction with the hotel would improve significantly.
