Continental Plaza Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of flavors. While the rooms are somewhat aged, they were impeccably clean and comfortable. The garden was beautiful, and the beach was a lovely spot to relax with decent coral reef. My family and I are currently staying in this wonderful resort - room 6108- view of the sea! The hotel is great with all the amenities you could want. The pools are always clean and fun places to be (could always do with a few more loungers as they do get taken quickly!) and the sea is delightful. Great spot for snorkelling, sunbathing or just bobbing about. The evening entertainment has been exceptional and the quality of the food served on site superb. Staff offer exceptional service, and we have had great care and assistance from a charming lady called Ghada, who pops up all over the place, and also Reem in customer service who has been most helpful . Our room cleaner Ahmed is great fun, very attentive and asks us every time we see him if he can get us anything or do anything for us. He always wants to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and have what we need. There are so many other staff members who are making our stay a joy we would recommend this resort to anyone. Not an English centric hotel by any means, but most of the staff speak very good English and we have felt very welcome at all times. Fellow Brits, you should try it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in room 3221 check out 17 July and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and service I received during my stay. It was truly a memorable experience filled with comfort and warm moments. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Shabban at the front desk—his warm welcome and consistently positive attitude reflected true hospitality. His support played a key role in making our stay extraordinarily pleasant, and without his dedication, we wouldn’t have enjoyed our time as much as we did. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Ibrahim from the uniform team for his patience and cheerful attitude while assisting us with the golf cart transfers—it was always a joy to see his smile. To the entire service and kitchen team, thank you for your attentive and high-quality service. Every interaction was a reminder of your commitment to guest satisfaction. Finally, a big thank you to Mano from the diving center for your support and professionalism—it added a unique and memorable touch to our experience.
