We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Honestly, I have to say that our experience started off on the wrong foot, as upon arrival, instead of receiving a room for four people, we were given a room for three. There was no soap in the room, it smelled strongly of sewage, and the furniture was very old. After some discussions at the reception, the only solution was for us to spend the night there, with an extra bed brought in. The next day, through Mr. Mokhtar from guest relations, we were given a room for four people, which was much larger. The furniture was the same, but the extra space made a big difference. Overall, apart from the fact that the rooms in the bungalows are in serious need of renovation, the food was very good and varied, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the people were nice. Everything became much more pleasant thanks to the cooperation of the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful. The location is okay, but there is a bit of a walk to the beach, and you have to cross a fairly busy street. The beach is private and clean, but unfortunately the bar is poorly stocked, offering only water and soft drinks. What I really appreciated was the sense of safety we felt both at the hotel and on the beach. There is security everywhere, and on the beach you’re not bothered by street vendors. We will return because of the staff, who made us feel truly welcome.

had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offers good services and the food was acceptable, especially considering it’s a 3-star hotel — definitely met my expectations in that regard. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the general comfort throughout my visit. However, I was disappointed with the checkout experience. Starting from 9:30 AM, room service staff (apparently directed by the reception) knocked on my door multiple times, pressuring me to leave in a way that felt rushed and quite unprofessional. A more courteous and respectful approach would have been appreciated to end an otherwise enjoyable stay.
