My wife and I stayed two nights after our wedding! Our room was very clean, cold (which is a plus in May),and had an amazing view! The power stayed on for the entirety of our stay. Our only complaint was the front desk staff, they seemed short and slightly rude. All and all, we highly recommend the hotel!

I love this hotel, if only we didn't have to pay the booking....

Absolutely Disgraceful Treatment – Accused of Theft Without Evidence! I stayed at Coral Baghdad Hotel during a business trip, and while I don’t normally write reviews, this experience was beyond unacceptable and needs to be publicly known. The room had a minibar and coffee capsules — but no coffee machine to use them. I thought it was strange but didn’t make a fuss. However, the real nightmare began at checkout. The receptionist accused me of stealing the coffee machine that was never in the room to begin with! They insisted they had to search my luggage, as if I were a criminal. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and had only two hours left, yet they chose to humiliate me in front of other guests and colleagues, with zero professionalism or respect. Despite the search revealing nothing, not a single word of apology was offered. Instead, I was treated with suspicion and rudeness from start to finish. Their staff clearly lacks training in hospitality, basic manners, and common decency. This kind of treatment is utterly unacceptable from any hotel, let alone one that claims to be business-friendly. I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the most unprofessional and insulting experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of hotels in Baghdad — go where you’re treated like a guest, not a suspect.
