We had our Henna party at the hotel today and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, and that’s all thanks to the wonderful wedding planner, Nisreen. Her professionalism and kind attitude made the whole experience unforgettable. We also booked a room at the hotel, and everything was excellent from the cleanliness to the overall service. Thank you so much for making our special day and celebration so beautiful and memorable ❤️❤️

I stayed at Coral Tower Hotel in Jordan two weeks ago. Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. Upon my late-night arrival (shortly after midnight), the reception was not particularly helpful. Although I had made my reservation through Booking.com, I was informed that no confirmation had been received. As a result, I had to wait around 45 minutes while the staff attempted to locate my booking. The process was slow and frustrating, and the level of support from the reception team was minimal during this time. The room itself was okay — not bad, but nothing exceptional. The surfaces and general cleanliness were acceptable, though they could benefit from more attention to detail. One of the disappointments was the window: while the view was potentially very nice, the glass was not clean, which made it difficult to enjoy the scenery fully. The highlight of the stay was the location. The hotel is situated in an excellent area with easy access to many attractions, and that was the most satisfying part of the experience. Overall, Coral Tower Hotel has potential, but it needs to improve its front desk service and room maintenance to meet the standards expected by guests booking through major platforms like Booking.com.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had This hotel claims to be 4 stars — it absolutely is not. I booked a one-week stay and was shocked to find my room in Basement 2. Yes, the second basement. My so-called “city view” was a concrete wall. No daylight, no view, no air — it felt like a prison cell. Nothing about this was mentioned on their website or booking platform. When I went to the reception to request a room change, they rudely refused, saying this is what I booked — a "classic room". Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I had just arrived after a long, exhausting trip and even then, they refused early check-in. Clearly, their plan was to shove me into the basement and leave me no choice. To make it worse, Basement 1 is the hotel’s events hall, so my nights were filled with the pounding bass of loud music from parties right above me. No rest, no peace. On the second day, I approached the receptionist Mohammed Al Attar, demanding a room change. He was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and arrogant — nothing like what you’d expect from someone working in hospitality. He flat out refused, and it was only after a long argument, calling my contacts in Jordan, and asking for his manager, that I was moved to the second floor. Even then, he made it sound like he was doing me a favor. He also refused to let a guest of mine up — just to be difficult. And when I finally got to my new room, it was clear this hotel is poorly maintained. Housekeeping is a joke. They make the bed and change towels — that’s it. No real cleaning. Dirty tea cups are left untouched unless you ask. I ended up washing them myself more than once. The toilet seat broke off, and the electricity cut off in the room. Maintenance was helpful, but these issues shouldn't happen in a 4-star hotel. The furniture is old and worn out, the carpet is filthy and needs deep cleaning. This place desperately needs renovation. Being opposite a real 5-star hotel only highlights how bad this place is. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — especially not to women. At one point, Mohammed told me he didn’t expect me to “make trouble” — clearly underestimating me because I’m a woman. That alone speaks volumes about the toxic attitude here. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You deserve better.
