Had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was clean and luxurious, it was spacious and had a nice view over the airport runways and apron. Food was reasonable priced (I ate at the all you can eat restaurant, which charged me a discount price of €21,-). The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have time to explore all of this hotel's amenities since my stay here was only one night, but i'll definitely return here sometime. Parking costs €19.5,- a night, which is a reasonable price considering you're near Amsterdam. I recommend this place!

Loved everything about the hotel. Modern, clean and beautiful. Stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast buffet is decent and the swimming pool and stream room facilities are amazing. Free shuttle bus service to/from the airport is dead handy (every 30 mins) and the airport is well connected via trains and buses.

The hotel does the job by having a convenient shuttle close to the airport. Besides that, the hotel and the location itself is terrible. While we arrived at the hotel and figuring out what food to get at 10pm, nothing was open besides a little cafe that had only drinks and sandwiches, and the only open place was Burger King at the airport, which is absolutely terrible and inconvenient since the bus shuttles runs every 30 minutes only to 11:15pm. This was also a terrible location to catch an Uber since no one ever accepted a ride from us and we had to download a different app in order to get a ride. The room itself was fine, with good beds. However, the design is so bizarre by having a bath near the windows and by having 2 TVs on both sides of the wall that was in the middle. I’m not sure if the bath was supposed to be making the room romantic, but it was definitely an unseen setup of a room. Luckily, the views and the staff were great and tried to help us out on the food and giving recommendations, but renting a bike (which they had bikes) was €19 for 3 hours!!!! All in all, absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. Stay at the Sheraton hotel that is ACTUALLY AT the airport. Even if it’s $100 more than the rest of the hotels, it’s worth it without dealing with any hassles like we have experienced here.
