Cortijo del Mar Resort

We really loved it here aside from our booking agent didn't tell us the pool and poolside bar is open seasonally. Pool opens after 15th April, unsure when the bar does. Walk to the nearest shops/ supermarket is about 10/15 min. I'd highly highly recommend renting a car, the car rental at the resort is reasonable and prompt. The room was clean and the cleaners refreshed beds and towels every other day. We were delighted with the 3 bed apartment but I do feel the sofas are in need of an upgrade 100% would recommend and stay here again in a heart beat

We came in March when the weather was rich for rain. Anyway I felt like in paradise. Nice People live here. And a polite staff was always Very kind,always helpfull. The sea is on a longer walking distance but once you are there you can walk many hours and watch the sea. The resort is Very nice And safe for little children. I Hope I can Come Again.

DONT BOOK HERE! MY RESERVATION GOT CANCELLED BY E-MAIL ONE MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL! VERY UNRELIABLE.. NO RESPONSE ON E-MAIL OR PHONECALLS. Got an e-mail that a lot of owners had withdrawn renting out via FM vacation and therefore they had no longer availability. I had to arrange another accomodation myself last minute during peak season (Easter break) with a lot of extra costs. No compensation whatsoever. Only a refund of the paid price.
