Costa Colonia Riverside Boutique Hotel

Possibly the best hotel in Colonia in terms of price-to-quality ratio and the level of infrastructure. Really well-maintained and built with taste. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, studio-like and they are equipped with microwave oven, which is great if you decide to heat up some food. The swimming pool is "ok" although its proximity to the Bay adds some charm. Sauna is also available although you need to inform the hotel reception 15 min in advance. Negative points - the floor is extremely slippery, it's easy to lose your balance when leaving your pool. Also, one can only get their pool towels at the reception, which is at the other side of the hotel (unnecessary).

Lovely hotel! It's right on the rambla so it's very easy to get to. I loved the interior design. It was very fun seeing my friends walking to their room! I can't really explain why! I would be happy to stay again.

The hotel is nice. The restaurant has good food. The amenities seem nice. The mattress on the bed was broken. I ask for sauna to be turned on and I came to find it was not on and will need another 15 minutes. I find the reception staff to be not so friendly and they seem bothered.
