Costa Riviera Hotel

I would like to share the good experience we had with the hotels housekeeping staff Priyanshu. We needed an extra mattress and he went out of the way to provide the one just right for us and also made sure that we were comfortable in our room. Although the mattress had to be changed a couple of times he did it with a smile on his face. We stayed for three nights and our stay was generally comfortable. Our stay included buffet breakfast and dinner. The kitchen staff were excellent providing a lavish fare each day. In addition, they also paid personal attention to the guests to provide something not on the buffet. In particular, one restaurant staff Sushil was very helpful providing us onion and garlic free food. A good hotel to stay when in Varanasi.

This place is definitely a good place to be in when you are visiting Kashi. Staff is very gentle and polite and welcoming. Food is super good. Arup Roy was a very good host at restaurant and the food was very tasty especially Moong dal Halwa. Not very far from the ghat but traffic in Varanasi sucks, everyone is honking even at the slightest possibility even the boats in Ganga are honking.

Overall experience was very nice. Little improvement required in room service with ontime cleaning and maintenance. Water bottles were not provided on time as requested. Mr. Susheel was very courteous and professional. Would also like to appreciate Mr. Rahul for his exceptional customer service. Thank you!!
