The overall stay was good and comfortable. The service provided by Shafiq was excellent. He was attentive, professional, and ensured we had a pleasant experience. However, the food options were limited and not up to the mark in terms of taste and variety. Despite that, the hospitality and support made the stay worthwhile.

It was an awful experience. We had booked a suite for three people. They gave us a single room the first night, then realised they have made a mistake and only compensated with a late check out. This clearly shows how unprepared the staff is. When we were moved to the new room, it has a bathroom door that won't completely close. There are only two washrooms and this was the condition of one of them. The next main problem we faced was the food. You would expect a hotel under Radisson, to have a good menu with good food. The in-house restaurant has unprepared staff who doesn't even note down any specifications that you may have mentioned. The first dinner we had at the hotel, there were actual salt balls that weren't even dissolved into the food. This was not my expectation for food at a 5 star hotel. Next two days we had eaten multiple times from the restaurant with different issues everyday. The staff is least bothered and makes zero efforts with the experience of the customers. The food, staff and experience was all awful. I am extremely disappointed with this experience in a Radisson property. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I hope no one experiences a holiday like we did.
