Good hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent location ROOMS: spacious and clean. Good-size bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony. Every room is equipped with a safe, fridge, bathrobes and slippers. Vanity kit is upon request. LOCATION: next to the lift to mountains, 45min drive from the airport. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. FOOD: good breakfast included. There is restaurant on site, where you order smth with a help of room service. Dishes are good, prices as well. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, spa, small store with snacks and soda in a reception area. Ice upon request. STAFF: polite and friendly
Everything was great 👍 thanks! Location is awesome because it's near with cable car and all cafes and restaurants. We staying with a dog 🐶 and it was good experience 🔥 they have room for skis. They helped me to buy flowers 💐 and balloons 🎈 thanks a lot 🔥🔥🔥
The hotel is nice, but severely understaffed when it comes to housekeeping. You'd be lucky if your room gets some service once every two days. Mine got cleaned once during a 5 night stay. They also seem to be saving on toiletries and soap - this is my first stay in a 4* when I have to ration shower gel knowing that the small tube will most likely not be replenished the next day. Additionally, they refuse to clean your room if you ask to do so, which is absolutely appalling and unacceptable given that you are likely to visit the hotel if you're doing outdoor sports, thus you can inadvertently bring some soil on your footwear to the room making it both unpleasant and insanitary. Breakfast is decent, pancakes are really well made, porridge was really good as well. However, when you order an omelette you are given an almost unseasoned badly-made frittata instead. This was a disappointment since the scrambled eggs available in a buffet were okay but not great. The room itself was spacious and really nice. The view from the room was nice as well. Finally, the hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the ski lifts making it a good choice if you want to go skiing or hiking.
