This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at due first and foremost to the exceptional level of service that they provide. Skarlett at the front desk was the first person to welcome us, and she went above and beyond to allow us early check in. First impressions are everything and she really did a great job enhancing our experience. Our safe didn’t work when we first got in and within 3 minutes they had an engineer to our room to fix it. The breakfast buffet was awesome, plenty of options and all of the staff again were warm and friendly. It’s not in the center of Stockholm but there is a train station right down the street that takes you everywhere close by. This is the only place I’ll stay if I ever go back, kudos to all the Marriott staff members here who made our stay unforgettable!

Room Allocation Issues and Facilities Below Expectation Staff at the reception seemed unaware of the actual room sizes, which led to a major gap in our room allocation. The initial room was extremely small for three adults, the AC was not functioning, and there was a bad odor from the washroom. We were on the verge of leaving the hotel despite having paid in full. Fortunately, one of the front desk staff members stepped in and managed to reassign us to a much better and more spacious room. However, even in the new room, the AC was not functioning properly. I strongly urge the management to ensure that only well-maintained and suitable rooms are allocated to guests. Without that assurance, the stay does not justify the cost.
