Courtyard by Marriott Venice Airport

Exceptional Stay at Courtyard by Marriott Venice I had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott Venice, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Elisa, Linda, and the entire reception team were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication made my stay smooth and truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Maria from the restaurant, who ensured that every dining experience was pleasant and memorable. Her warm, attentive service was greatly appreciated. I also want to commend the housekeeping team for their impeccable work in keeping the room spotless and comfortable—every detail added to a wonderful stay. I’d also like to personally congratulate the General Manager for leading such a well-run hotel. The high standards of hospitality and professionalism throughout the property clearly reflect strong, effective leadership. It’s evident that the entire team takes great pride in delivering top-quality service. I look forward to returning and will certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff here were very pleasant and professional. The room was average, but it was very quiet and clean. Hotel is located less than a mile from the airport. You could walk to the hotel if you are adventurous. Take the bus, it’s only one stop away. The breakfast in the morning is good, but it’s pricey and being a platinum didn’t bring the normal free breakfast perk here. Overall this is an excellent place to stay.

If u have an early morning flight, this is a very convenient airport & ur earning Marriott points. The rooms r standard Courtyard rooms that could use some upgrading. Lobby is the nicest part of the hotel - seems they did an upgrade there most recently. We spent very little time at the hotel. Service was fine from front desk, but vending machine in snack area wasn't working, they no longer provide shuttle service to the airport (despite website saying they did when we booked) and couple other little things that weren't that important but were a little annoying. If u have a car, there's plenty of parking. Restaurant on-site isn't part of the hotel so u will need to pay them with cc or cash, which we didn't mind. It's about the quality of hotel dining so plan on eating elsewhere if u can, but staff there was quite nice. Although this hotel is very close to airport , u probably wouldn't want to walk. It's a shame the hotel no longer provides a shuttle. Instead, they steer u toward an "independent" company that might make sense if ur traveling solo, but costs way more for a family to go the mile to the airport than it did for r entire family to take a private taxi from the canals of Venice out to the hotel. Perhaps the hotel is getting a kick-back from the shuttle? I asked about Uber or a taxi and was told the shuttle was the only way to ensure we'd get to the airport so went ahead and did it. Would I stay at this hotel again? Maybe if I had a 6am flight, but at $500/night I certainly felt we overpaid.
