Room was good and large. The most important things were all of the staffs super nice and attentive. Give them a big thumbs up. Carpark a bit too expensive though. Quiet side of the city which I like it a lot. There is a Billa convenient stall just few steps away.
We had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist was polite and check-in/check-out were both quick and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the room itself was a good size. A baby cot was provided free of charge, which was a nice touch. The room was clean, though slightly dated in terms of decor. The continental buffet breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. The breakfast room could have been cleaner, which was a minor downside. The hotel's biggest advantage is definitely its location—within walking distance of Prater, Messe Wien, and Ernst Happel Stadium. Plus, Metro line 2 is just around the corner, making it very convenient for getting around the city.
I stayed here for 2 nights in June, 2025. The hotel was 3 stars only. It's nice, but not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Breakfast is 46 Euros, so you better be hungry! I declined. It was quiet and comfortable. I had no issues. The staff were nice and accommodating. Nothing particularly remarkable. The total for 2 nights was 344.00 Euros.
