Coventina Lake Suites

It was a lovely stay in one of these apartments with a lake view. The hotel is relatively quiet compared to the noisy Gulshan district. The numerous hotel staff made the stay very pleasant. The restaurant and the quiet open terrace were a pleasure to drink a cappuccino in the afternoon. From the rooftop you have a lovely view of the city and I was also able to use some of the equipment in the gym from time to time. The manager, Mr. Roy, is a very pleasant person and was always in touch when you needed something, be it an airport transfer, etc. The stay was simply great. Many thanks to everyone.

I regret staying at this horrible hotel. First of all, it’s Ramadan, and in any decent hotel, Iftar and Sehri are provided as a courtesy. But here? They refused to give me anything just because I was staying for only one night. Their excuse? “Stay 2-3 nights, and we’ll provide Iftar.” What kind of nonsense is that? A guest is a guest, whether for one night or a week! To make things worse, the hotel was filthy—dirty rooms, stained sheets, and an overall unhygienic environment. Clearly, they don’t care about cleanliness or customer service. If you’re looking for a hotel that respects guests, provides proper service, and at least maintains basic hygiene, STAY AWAY from this place. Absolute disgrace!

Travelled all over the world but of course the most disgusting experience at a place had to come from my own country. The staff working there and not working is the same. If you face any issues, don't expect them to help you in any way. The best decision a person can make is to avoid this place and look for other way better options nearby.
