The Cranganor boutique hotel is a hidden gem, set in a beautiful quiet setting hard to beat. Perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. The welcome is so warm and all the staff go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Definitely the favourite place we stayed at in Kerala. We had the lovely Mustard and Teal room with amazing views on the river and gardens. Being the beginning of monsoon the place was quiet and it felt like we had our own private villa. Fresh food was cooked on order and delicious. We had a private boat ride on the river organised by the hotel and it was just amazing being on the water and admire the beautiful surroundings. When we go back to Kerala, we'll definitely stay at the Cranganor again.
This enchanting boutique property offers a serene haven, complete with a compassionate staff and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenation. The culinary experience is exceptional, with outstanding breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, complemented by a delightful evening tea. A range of activities is also available for those seeking engagement.
I have been to India over twenty times and can say that this is one of the nicest hotels in the country. I had a large, well decorated room with a view of the river. The stone tiles, bedspread and art on the walls captured my attention. The sitting area had daily the newspaper and magazines. The swimming pool was clean and great on a hot day. Breakfast was plentiful and my grilled sardine dinner was great. The place is well kept, the staff very warm and after two nights I was sad to leave. The watercolors displayed could have come home with me. The Cranganor is a jewel
