We spent three nights between excursions here and the staff not only remembered us but remembered what we had for food and drinks each time. Love this place. The pool and outdoor bar are look over the river and the sunsets are just wow! This is the cleanest and most upscale hotel in Maun. 10 minutes from town and the airport by free shuttle. I will be back!
This place was a beautiful surprise! The place is simple but absolutely nice! The restaurants are very good and the staff members are just wonderful. Thank you very much to all of you, especially all of those in the restaurant. Great job!👏👏👏👏💯🙋🏻♀️
The setting is beautiful, and the breakfasts were amazing, but overall, the experience was frustrating. Over three days, several key items on the menu—like chicken, spare ribs, and bream—were consistently unavailable. Even basics like plain yoghurt and artichokes ran out. For the price you pay, having such limited menu options and noisy staff chatting loudly right outside the rooms really detracts from the experience. I’d think twice before booking here again.
