This place is good as service flat as the plus point is its location. However if you are looking to purchase the flats there for staying there, it may not be good as the bedrooms are very small. However it depends on your personal choice. This building is 7-8 years old.
Hotel was good.. very budget friendly..we stayed in a very specious flat which contains 2bedroom, 2bathroom, 2baranda , 1 kitchen & 1 common room. AC, fridge, induction for cooking, gyser was provided also... The rent was 2200 rupi. Overall nice experience. definitely recommended
HI ALL, I am Presently staying in this flat only for monthly rental and please make a note that this entire building(Expect Owners Property) is in Commercial EB Connections and your Monthly EB Bill for 100 Units would be around Rs 2000, this is apart from RENT and More importantly the signal inside the Building is very poor and we will have to come out for all phone calls and internet connections. Management and Maintenance Team Response is very poor and never address any concerns. Only Advantage of this Flat is the location and near by market and all shops are in walkable distance. ANy stay for 5 months and less , this is OK, but for long stay, this might be not a good idea.
