I had a pleasant experience from my arrival until my departure. The room wasn't luxurious, but you get what you pay for—something decent. I felt safe, and the food that I had from the restaurant and breakfast buffet was decent. I would stay at this hotel again and definitely recommend it to others. Just don't get to the top floor, because the music from the bar might cause a slight disturbance. Overall, it was excellent.

We got a clear confirmation from the hotel that the daughter of the guest could arrive early and check in on her mother’s behalf. She did exactly that. She traveled alone, responsibly, with full details provided in advance. When she arrived? They ignored her. They pretended no one knew. They left her waiting. They didn’t even try to help. We messaged. We called. No response. A 16-year-old girl stood alone in a hotel lobby — with a suitcase, a plan, and permission. And the hotel that gave her that permission? Disappeared when it mattered most. They then charged us for the night anyway. We have everything documented.
