My fiancee and I had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for my last night in Singapore before flying home. The check-in experience was quick and painless thanks to Rhea, who assigned us a wonderful room and provided us with a thorough run through of what the hotel has to offer and how best to navigate the airport. The room felt warm and welcoming, with the floor to ceiling windows offering us a breathtaking view of planes and the Jewel. Our reservation included access to the Club Lounge, where Raymond took great care of us making sure that we were fed, hydrated, and happy. While small bites and juice/coffee/tea are offered during the regular hours, the breakfast and cocktail hour provided a refined selection of food and drinks. The service in the Club Lounge provided by Raymond and his team were one of the key highlights of my entire trip. As the hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 3, both my fiancee and I were able to head to our separate flights with ease the next morning with the wonderful help of Rhea. My only regret this trip was not staying at the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for longer than one night. Hope to be back soon.

We had the best stay at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport. It was only for one night but wish it had been more. The club lounge is decorated beautifully, with a delicious buffet and the staff were first class. We were kindly upgraded to a runway view room and it was such a treat! Full views for watching planes take off and land (from the bed and/or the bathtub!) and surprisingly not as noisy as you'd think it 'd be. We didn't use the pool but it looked gorgeous. The breakfast buffet had so much choice, everything hot and fresh and we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table during peak times. Of course, the convenience of being right by the airport as well as The Jewel, where the famous rain vortex is, is a huge bonus. We can't wait to stay here again!

It’s not the warmest hospitality you’ll ever get, but it’s dependable and professional. Facilities like the gym and pool are available, though slightly underwhelming compared to resort-style hotels. What really stands out is the convenience — nothing beats walking straight to your gate after breakfast. Ideal for business travelers, short layovers, or anyone prioritizing airport proximity without compromising comfort.
