Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers by IHG

We had an absolutely wonderful two-day stay at the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. We had two rooms on the 23rd floor, and the views were simply fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. ​The breakfast was a major highlight of our trip. The selection was amazing and everything was fresh and delicious—a perfect way to start our days. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their great service made our time there truly enjoyable.

I spent four nights at the hotel. It's probably the best hotel I have been to in a decade, better than others with similar or even higher category. Elevators are quite fast. Rooms are large and clean, and well insulated. Air conditioning works well and is able to keep the temperature constant without freezing. Mattresses are tough enough, and pillows are comfortable. Towels are large. Service was quite friendly. Breakfast is decent (although there could be more variety here). The hotel has a metro and a train station very close by on the same street.

The location is great because it's not too far out from town and close enough to the airport and shopping centre. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and accommodated me with a late check-out. The buffet and restaurants are excellent. * My room, upon arrival, was missing two pillows, and the conditioner and body wash weren't replaced or refilled. Other than that, room service was excellent, and the staff was friendly overall.
