Crowne Plaza Hotel Antalya by IHG

Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. We checked in late at night and was helped by Mr. Omar. He made sure that everything was in place for us. The view from the room was amazing and service was top notch. Highly recommended. Only thing they can improve is to keep more staff at the reception to help with other things, Like at mid night it was only Mr Omar and none else at the reception. He literally did everything from check in to help us carry our luggage to providing us the essentials to providing us the extra cot. The breakfast was also good. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Received a warm welcome from staff. Had a bedroom with an amazing view over looking the beach and mountains. Great facilities including a Turkish bath and spa treatment. All members of staff encountered especially, Muhammet, Ali and Rimar were friendly and helpful. Overall, the level of service received was great and both my daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. We would definitely recommend and would stay when we next visit Antalya.

I get it! in March its off season but they shouldn’t be opened for business. The entire Hotel is Cold especially the lobby how can one be comfortable working in that environment or for guests to walk around. The food menu only half is available on it. They don’t cross out what’s not available until you order then they tell you. so now you have to wait again and decide. The room don’t have an ocean as stated. You have to squeeze your head in the corner of the room while sitting on the desk to look out the window to see the ocean
