Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh by IHG

My recent layover in Cambodia was made incredibly comfortable and enjoyable thanks to this fantastic hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, the check-in process was smooth. My room was a true oasis: clean, incredibly spacious, and felt genuinely luxurious. The thoughtful touches of complimentary bottles of water and a lovely basket of fresh fruits upon arrival were a delightful surprise. The bathroom was also a highlight, boasting impressive tile work and a modern feel. I was particularly pleased with the air conditioning, which ran silently and kept the room perfectly cool. The breakfast experience was outstanding. The buffet was truly gigantic, offering an incredible array of the most delicious Asian dishes I've ever tasted. It was a fantastic way to start the day. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very, very close to the airport. Despite its proximity, I was impressed by how quiet it was – I didn't experience any airport noise at all, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Just a note for future travelers: be prepared to provide a cash security deposit at check-in, which was promptly returned upon checkout. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable and convenient stay during a layover in Cambodia. The exceptional service, luxurious rooms, and fantastic food make it a standout choice.

I stayed at VM Hotel for a short trip and overall had a really good experience. The location is very convenient—close to the airport, which made things easier. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff were polite and helpful. I also had a chance to try the pool and some food from the restaurant. Both were nice—nothing fancy, but definitely good quality and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay near the airport in Phnom Penh, VM Hotel is a solid choice. I’d stay here again.

Rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day. Would not recommend getting laundry done. It was cheap but my clothes smelled like they were never washed in soap. Breakfast was good with both Eastern and Western options.
