Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan by IHG

Very pleased with our stay here. The beachside location is good and the resort is spacious and well looked after. Breakfast was decent with a pretty good selection. The area has a few decent restaurants...Asian and US-style. The area looks like it was once very busy but quite a few places are now closed. The beach is very clean and good for swimming. The hotel has a good range of facilities and it felt very welcoming.

The hospitality at this hotel is NEXT LEVEL. The staff were absolutely incredible and sweet! Tracy at The Marketplace, Chris & Damien at the Terrace, ALL of the ladies at the gift shop, Margaret at the front desk, and the pool guys truly made our stay SO MUCH FUN! We will definitely be back! The location is great and we felt safe walking around in the evening to the restaurants and few shops. We felt like we had the entire place to our self and were usually 1 of 3 small groups lounging out at the pool. My only recommendation would be to add a couple more pool umbrellas at the pool and beach, otherwise, perfect stay!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the kind staff at Crown Plaza Hotel! 1. First of all, I would like to thank the reception staff for helping my family from check-in to check-out. 2. I ate at the terrace house the next evening, and I forgot my room card on the table, and thank you for coming by and giving it back to me by a young, bespectacled man! 3. Also, when I was enjoying swimming at the hotel family swimming pool, I went in without knowing it was deep, and when I was in trouble, the life guard hotel staff at the swimming pool saved me. 4. I had a really good rest at Saipan Crown Plaza Resort. I will pray in God's name for you to thrive day by day! Thank you!
