I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out with their professionalism and warmth — always greeting guests with genuine smiles and readily offering help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, making the whole process stress-free. The breakfast buffet was impressive: a wide variety of fresh options including pastries, hot dishes, fruit, and made-to-order eggs. Everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. It was a great way to start each day. The hotel also offers several convenient services such as room service, a fitness center, and a small spa. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless, and requests for extra towels or amenities were handled promptly. Overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a balanced mix of quality, good service, and value.

Stayed there twice with my family. The experience was beyond our expectations compared to our worldwide hotel experience. Breakfast and lunch specials were excellent. Staff was great at their job.

We stayed in early May and had such a wonderful experience, this was the nicest hotel of our whole stay in Uzbekistan. Our server at breakfast was so thoughtful and provided the best service I have experienced. The food was absolutely delicious and the rooms were really nice.
