Crystal hotel by Ha My

Great hotel at a great price at a great location, big room, clean, a pretty complete amenities (no wig cap though), good instant warm water from the shower, a fridge to keep your drinks cold, and a good sound insulation (helpful because it's next to a big road). Minus for they don't provide breakfast so you might need to go around the hotel to grab some food. The WiFi pretty fast, did a video conference without buffering.

Good location, nice to have the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. However breakfast and rooms leave a lot to be desired … not a lot of choice to eat and not good quality, we saw a rat running in the breakfast room ; regarding rooms our window glass and bathroom sink were broken… we informed the reception but no act. It’s unfortunate, as the hotel itself has a lot of potential..

Staff was not helpful. Only 1 towel per person...no small towels, no facecloths... Room was not clean Kettle was broken Water running out of the fridge as we opened it...appatantly the fridge defrosted🙈 No bellboys to help with luggage Breakfast was VERY noisy and the variety did not take any Western culture in consideration Language barrier was the worst of all the hotels we stayed in Floors are constantly wet due to customers returning from the beach Not a pleasant stay at all
