1. Convenient location: situated directly in front of Central Hatyai Mall (accessible via pedestrian bridge). 2. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful throughout the stay. 3. Airport shuttle service arranged through the hotel was punctual and reliable. 4. No halal breakfast buffet available, but plenty of halal restaurants nearby — easily reachable by tuk-tuk. 5. Room was very clean with a well-thought-out arrangement. 6. There’s a cozy coffee shop located right next to the reception area.
My first time and I highly recommended this hotel. Rooms are pleasant, bright and clean. Service staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Their breakfast is good too. Serving different food daily. Nice swimming pool too with clean toilets. Will definitely comes back.
Small room but cleanliness, cozy and comfortable. Location was great, near Central department store and night market. Swimming pool locate in another building which you have go to the lobby first then change the elevator to the connect building. It is inconvenient I think.
