Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel

My family recently stayed at your hotel and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel was kind of old but well-maintained. A special mention to Mr. Sam who was extremely cooperative and helpful his support made my families stay even smoother👍 The food was average not exceptional, but decent enough. It could use a bit of improvement in terms of variety and taste, repeated food but overall it was satisfactory👍👍

Great Value for amazing service. Everything you need is on walking distance. Staff are very welcoming and respectful. Rooms are very clean, and tidy Easy check in and free parking available. Definitely recommended for staying in Sharjah.

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of basic amenities in the room, such as tea bags, coffee, and the very limited supply of water. This gives the impression that guests are being encouraged to purchase these items from the coffee shop located within the hotel. While the hotel itself is beautiful and well-designed, the level of service provided does not meet expectations.
