Perfect Family Getaway – Great Service, Layout & Food Variety! We’re currently on our third day at Crystal Elite Prestige, and so far, we’re very happy with our stay. I’m here with my wife and 7-year-old son — it’s a fantastic hotel for families with young children. The layout is well thought out. Even though the hotel is full during peak season, it never feels overcrowded. The dining areas are spacious and nicely spread out, making meals comfortable and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived early, well before the 14:00 check-in time, but they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was a big relief after a long flight. The food has good variety and caters to different tastes. Given the recent food price increases in Turkey and the international guest profile, we think they’re doing an impressive job. Of course, every individual may have a different experience, but so far, we’re very happy and would recommend it for families.

First is First: it is great Resort and we had great experience. Food is great ,variety is great , lot of live sections , global and local selections, and there are 4 Speciality restaurants. Food experience truly great and definitely you will gain fat ! There are fresh and packaged ice creams ,and unlimited. There are many self service sections for water ,ice-cream, coffee sections. Quality of coffee is great as well. Alcohol selections also good , tuborg and Efes , and Yeni Raki are available. There are many international cocktails available in multiple locations..there are many bars open around pool, beach and in hallway ..Waiters offering drinks on table ,it is great touch . Kid pool and kids entertainment also great ,we truly enjoyed and entertainment staff very helpful and patient. Room cleaning is daily , and mini bar refills every day ,and lot of soft drinks and can of beers available. I liked it . And ofcourse most important is ,attitude of overall staff : I was not espect everyone is nice but I never met any service personnel with bad attitude and it is really positively suprised by this ,keep up good work 👏. It is worth of money we spend and we will plan to book again. I must remind you this is family resort, if you are honeymooners, maybe not for you ! As Turkish citizen I am , we are lucky because resorts have multi nationality, not only Turkish, but Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and German and they were all well behaved. Hotel is little bit aged but still in good condition. Beach area also good but after 10 meters gets bit deeper and it is handy beach . Thank you for experience .Before I forgot, there is good wifi service.

The hotel is really nice. The food here is amazing, there are a lot of options and everybody should be able to find something for themselves. Same goes for the drinks. The quality of the room is good. The beds are really comfortable and the staff makes sure to clean up every day. The staff in general is always listening to requests and tries to follow them to the best if abilities. Most of the staff speaks Russian, many of them understand and speak English a bit too. In general, I would recommend the hotel for everybody who wants to relax and have some fun.
