Dahu Park Hotel

We had a lovely and memorable time in Dahu Park Hotel. I stayed here with my husband and daughter for 30 days and enjoyed every day here. The staff were very accommodating and friendly to our requests and questions. They always greet guests and were happy to help out with bags, etc, without asking. The room was spacious and enough to fit a baby bed, along with all our luggage. The bathroom was clean and had a bath and shower, which was convenient to have, especially when you have kids to wash. They only stock shampoo,shower gel, and hand soap, so I would recommend bringing your own conditioner and toiletries. They offer daily breakfast buffet, which changes main options every day. They do have their regular items such as bread, cereal, and congee station. However, all other items seem to change here and there, which is nice, especially if you're here for a while. The staff there were attentive to clearing your plate and refilling food station. One staff member even remembered that my daughter liked pink plates and brought her pink plates every day. They also have a nice quiet study room on level 3 so you can come and read a book or do some work. It's conveniently located next to the MRT station, Huzhou, which is great if you want to travel around Taipei. There are a few nice restaurants around the area, and they have a Louisa coffee shop just underneath the hotel. Plenty of chemist/cosmetics stores plus 3 min walking distance to grocery store PXMart. I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. If we come back to Taiwan next year, we will definitely book this place again.

Big rooms, perfect for families. We had plenty of space and the hotel provided us with a crib and a baby bathtub. The staff were very nice. Special mention to Allen, who went out of his way with recommendations. He was very welcoming and proactive, made our stay even nicer. The neighborhood is great, so many food options around. Also Dahu Park close by, and you can even do some proper hikes walking-distance from the hotel. The only drawback was that the neighborhood is quite far so it would take us 45-60min to reach any of the sites by metro or bus. The metro is right next to the hotel though, so even that was easy.

We stayed here for two nights in March to visit family nearby and had a enjoyable stay here. The location is great with nearby 711, metro station, bus stops, and breakfast restaurants. Our stay also comes with complimentary breakfast with a good selection. Front entrance of the room has a great view of inner structures of the hotel and look luxurious. Room is spacious with warm lighting, comes with a discreet safe, mini fridge, coffee maker, and water jug. Slippers, towels, hairdryer, and cups are provided. Power outlets by the bedside is also a nice quality of life. Bed is on the harder side but sheets are clean. However, we had an issue with the shower head as it would not stay in place and constantly shifted to the side, which meant it was inconvenient if you like to shower with both hands available. The water temperature also constantly changed back and forth from warm to hot. Overall still highly recommended for the price and location if you're looking to stay around a less crowded part of Taipei.
