Central, friendly, simple but value for money. Spend a week here and enjoyed it 100% Staff is friendly and informative regarding where to go for fastfood, restaurants and shopping. Spend the evenings on the balkon enjoying streetlife passing by. Perfect and cheap but still clean without unneeded luxury. Why buy "all inclusive at the highway 10 miles outside town when You can sleep 300 meters away from the perfect beach and blue ocean all day, walk to all sights and enjoy Alanya's best food in the evenings at Eski Ev or Lotakan Su, both neighbor to the hotel. Fastfood You get the best turkish Pide etc. from Urfa Safrasi 20 meter away. Stayed here Oct. 2014 for only €100,- for a week. (Yes, you read right, double room, 2 persons 7 days = €100,- a steal). Streetlife is of cause not totally silent but with doors closed we slept with a fully functional aircon. Also the fun of watching the coiffeurs treat the young girls for hours prior going downtown dancing and the daily show of the local shops fighting for customers is a baal. Our best recomandations to Gűnaydin - the "good morning" hotel. Remember to greet Ibrahim in the reception from us. He speak a flawless German and good english too. Always friendly and smiling and of cause he will help carrying the suitcases up the stairs :-)

Great value. Location perfect, staff very servicefriendly and nice. Clean good sized room, waterpressure and temperature in shower is very good, better than in a lot of more expensive hotels I've stayed in in alanya, and the same goes for the air condition..

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We booked this hotel through Check24, mainly because of its central location, which turned out to be the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, that was where the good experience ended. The price we saw on Check24 did not match the price charged on site – it was significantly higher, and we ultimately had to pay the hotel’s rate. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt uncomfortable. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator, and the staircase was extremely hot and not air-conditioned. The room itself was very small and barely manageable with several suitcases. On the balcony, the door was broken and could not be properly closed, and the floor was not clean. Cleanliness overall was far below standard: stains on the nightstand, yellowish pillows, bed linen with yellow stains and small holes. There was no trash bin in the sleeping area – only one in the bathroom. During our entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once, towels and bed linen were never changed, and toilet paper was not replenished. One particularly uncomfortable aspect: in the evenings, several men were regularly sitting at the reception, presumably friends of the staff. For female guests, this can feel very uncomfortable, as their staring creates an unpleasant and unsafe atmosphere. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password was not provided automatically; we only received it after asking. Overall, a disappointing stay where price, cleanliness, service, and atmosphere fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
