The location is definitely a plus – just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. However, everything else was quite disappointing. The surrounding area is extremely noisy, especially late into the night, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The elevators are a major issue. Wait times were ridiculously long – during peak hours, we had to wait nearly 45 minutes just to get one. Another serious problem was the fire alarm system, which kept going off roughly every 15 minutes. It became more of a disturbance than a safety feature. Also, there is no free parking as advertised. You’ll have to park around the building or on nearby streets, and sometimes even pay extra for security or parking space. Overall, aside from the convenient beach access, the experience was frustrating and not worth the hassle.
A budget-friendly and practical stay for families, though hotel-style services are not provided. FLC Seaview is centrally located, just 150 meters from Quy Nhon Beach, and surrounded by many popular restaurants. The serviced apartment is spacious and well-equipped—with a kitchen, washing machine, and everything a family of four adults might need. Pros: Very competitive pricing, noticeably cheaper than nearby 3- to 4-star hotels. Cons: Self-service only—no luggage assistance or additional amenities. Elevators can get crowded during peak hours.
This object has given us a very bad experience staying in. First, the room condition is far different from what it looks like on website. Second, they asked me to cancel booking on the platform, which I guess has been done many times. Furthermore, they didn’t tell us clearly how they operate, and blamed us, e.g. when we returned the cards to the reception.
