We felt welcomed immediately from check in. Special thank you to Merav Shalom for her superb customer service! The location was beautiful, right on the beach. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of delicious choices, even on the healthier side. Customer service was excellent and attended to all of our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over a holiday weekend, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the choice I made. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff's attitude towards us was consistently polite and individually tailored to our needs. The receptionist, in particular, stood out with their professional demeanor and courteousness. Our room was spotlessly clean and boasted an amazing view of the sea, even though we were situated on the fifth floor. The balcony proved to be cozy enough for two people, making it the perfect spot for enjoying a romantic drink. The pillows and mattress were delightfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. When it came to dining, the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the quality of its guests. Every person we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and as a result, we had the opportunity to forge new friendships during our stay.
