Overall experience was good. The staff was cooperative. One problem, irrespective of the number of people they only give one room key. The location on Google Maps will take you on the wrong road, the back of the hotel. I would suggest for people who are coming through Google Maps to Pin the road in front of the hotel and then start direction. You can find parking easily but it's paid parking, Taxis are available in front of the hotel 24 Hrs a day Walking distance from Masjid Alharam, 10-15 minutes walk.

Definitely time for refresh: even the pictures on the wall were crooked!. The furniture is old and outdated. Plus, the beds are uncomfortable and the breakfast was mediocre. Our bathroom had black mold in the bathroom and the sink leaked water. We were pleased with the location to Kaaba and shopping centers.

Cockroaches, confirmation denial and confusion, overpriced, horrible concierge, grimey bathroom, dirty bedsheets. Undersized rooms. We booked exec suite with 6 beds and 2 bedrooms and got a 30 sq foot room. Even the location seems like its walking distance but its 15 min until you can even see the haram. Worth paying a little extra or staying a little farther and getting a better place
