Dar Al Raies Hotel

Rooms are big and spacious, but no kettle and tea/coffee items, no hot water in bathroom, poor WiFi, no room service, no iron box even up on request, rooms are not clean enough and it felt dusty, cable tv service is useless, no power socket near bed which made charging devices very difficult. Overall, it's not a pleasant stay, totally unsatisfied.

None answers the phone at reception كل شي فيه ريحة معفنه الحمام و الغرف . لا تصدق اي صورة .

Hotel staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Staff can even speak English. No towels in room and it took 2 days to get towels. Stayed for 5 nights and no room service at all. No one made up room even after hanging make up room tag and informing reception! Location is not easily accessible. Have to walk to main road to get cab. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone !
