It was a truly terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them rather than being a valued guest and there was a huge lack of warmth, hospitality, and professionalism since my simple requests were met with attitude and rudeness. The service was slow and disorganized, and it was clear that guest comfort was not on the list of priorities. Instead of the relaxing, enjoyable experience I was looking forward to, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this stay was truly disappointing and terrible and the food was really terrible and expensive even for tourists. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Very bad service. The staff are so rude and they were not helpful at all when I had questions or requests. I felt completely ignored and unimportant. My stay was incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant experience. There are definitely much better options nearby. The food prices are also very expensive for tourists! I mean what is this scam? The food is not even that good.
