Everything! the location is so beautiful in the middle of a dreamy valley, the food is excellent, very diversified and of a high quality. the wellness area is so welcoming after an active day especially the event sauna, adults only. The sport and fitness activities offered are perfect for those looking to get back in shape, train for a special event or just enjoy outdoor activities with professional guides. they have every day a full program, 07:00 am till 6:00 pm.. yoga, HIIT, Pilates, guided hiking and even meditation sessions and much more.. But what i would love to highlight the most is the customer friendly service everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar etc.. they made my stay really special and tried to fulfill every request and wish. i asked at my 1st day for a different room category and a different table in the restaurant and they made it happen with total friendliness. i was changed to one of the most beautiful rooms they have and i was seated in the best spot in the restaurant, overlooking the mountains! i rarely give a 5 star rating but this hotel, its management and the staff very well deserve it!
I had a wonderful time with you this winter season. All the room service, facility, and food are fabulous. But I have to complain about one thing when I arrived. To be honest, I felt that the receptionist on that day was kind of impatient with me and gave me the wrong information about the dressing rule in wellness area. Anyway, I really enjoy staying here and wish to see you next time!
This is a great place for skiers: right next to the cable car. But be aware, this cable car does not bring you to the glacier. It is a smaller, yet nice ski resort. And you can ski from up there to the base of the glacier ski resort. The hotel has two sauna / steam room parts. Not very big and fancy, but good. Breakfast is a nice buffet. And if you half board, then diner is a mutli course meal - very good kitchen. Be aware: After Eastern almost all other restaurants in the area are closed. So half board is almost a must. Not much else to do in the area: it is at the end of the valley - good for skking, hiking.
