The room was okay but one thing is so annoying is the lighting, there are only lamps in the bed area and a light that works on a sensor in the hall way and keeps turning when you move around in your bed. The bathroom is nice, even though the shower loses alot of water and need to be fixed. The food in the restaurant is really good, and that I give 4/5. Overall the staff were really friendly and the experience was generally fine. The place need just a little of improvement and will get at least 4
Location and price are good. The hotel lack maintenance, the room is full of defects including but not limited to: no hot water, dors do not lock correctly, bath tub is broken and full of rust, the elevator is not well functioning, chairs are semi broken, curtains are ripped and not clean, baby cot is broken and the mattress is just a two chairs cushions. The room wasnt close to being clean and the phone was broken. The pool is not heated. In addition, the breakfast was extremely terrible.
The hotel is in urgent need for maintenance. The rooms are very old, dirty and smelly. The bathroom had a rusty bathtub, and the toiled seat cover was missing. The floor and the walls were dirty; the fridge was very unclean and had leftovers from previous occupants. Check in took over an hour even though I arrived after checking in time. The receptionist kept saying that the room is almost ready and only needs 5 mins, then they changed the rooms and we had to wait for over 30 mins. The TV didn’t work and I had to call maintenance. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Breakfast was okay, which probably is the only thing that was fine. When you leave the room, the door doesn’t close by itself, you need to swipe the card again to be able to close it. For about the same rate, I could’ve stayed in a different hotel (had I known of its precarious conditions). Not recommended.
