Great Hotel. Good service. Complete installations, gym, pool, beautiful garden and business center. The Breakfast is buffet and really complete, nice variety of options.
Great location right by the famous cemetery. Nice view. Front entry staff very nice and helpful. Two main issues, the TV is not smart but more importantly hard to use. The remotes were hard to use, hard to turn TV on or off. So we left the card in the wall and left TV on all day. Because once you turn off it was very hard to turn back on. Since not a smart TV no way to watch YouTube etc even though you see those icons on the screen. Need a new TV in this room! Also the door leading to the smsll balcony appeared to be broken. The top hinge specifically. Hard to open and hard to close. Needs some attention.
Solid hotel for the price of $125USD per night. Everything falls short of a 4 star hotel. For example, there were no facial tissue paper, only toilet paper, and there was no office chair and no couch. The sink is amazing, I really like that it has good water pressure, easy to use controls and plenty of space (this is soooo important if you've used sinks that are super crammed). The bed is ok, King size with the necessary pillows (not a lot of extra pillows which I personally like). The bathroom is awkwardly designed. The door opens right into the toilet. The balcony is a nice touch but the windows are not noise isolated at all, you can hear everything clearly. All in all, the hotel is good for the price but if you want a bit extra, go somewhere else.
