Dazzler by Wyndham Lima San Isidro

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The service was excellent. I only speak a little Spanish, but many of their staff speak English so it made it very easy. I arrived early and they were able to store my luggage as I explored the city. They even have private and secure parking. And the breakfast that was included with the stay was excellent. This was my first visit to Lima, but I have plans to return about 2x a year. I am lucky to have e found this place on my first visit. It will be where I always stay when I visit Lima. Highly recommend. Oh and I want to say thanks to Fabian, I think that was his name, he was very friendly and helpful.

This place was great, very accessible price, that included a breakfast buffet, will definitely come back, didn't try the restaurant without the buffet but the pictures online look amazing. The drink menu though looks a little expensive but perhaps is great

stayed at Dazzler by Wyndham Isidora in Lima and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Poor Maintenance: The room had no consistent access to hot water, and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. One of the electrical outlets short-circuited and damaged my personal items—an alarming safety hazard. Cleanliness Issues: The linens on the bed were visibly dirty upon check-in, and cutlery in the restaurant was often unclean. Terrible Service: The front desk staff lacked courtesy and seemed disinterested in resolving issues. The restaurant service was just as poor—breakfast was chaotic, with long waits and missing items. Simply getting a clean cup or plate was a struggle. This hotel does not reflect the standards expected of the Wyndham brand. I would strongly recommend reviewing more reliable options before booking.
